Refunds & cancellation

Last updated 7 October 2026

Cancel any time. If something went wrong, we'll help. Here's exactly how it works.

Cancelling a membership

  • Go to your dashboard and choose Cancel membership. It takes effect immediately for future payments.
  • You keep access until the end of the 30-day period you've already paid for. Changed your mind? Choose Keep my membership before that date.
  • We don't charge cancellation fees.

Renewals

Memberships renew automatically every 30 days at the price you agreed, until you cancel. We'll remind you before a renewal if the price changes.

Your 14-day right to cancel (digital content)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content, that right ends once we start providing it if you've asked us to begin immediately and acknowledged that you lose the right to cancel. At checkout, completing your payment means you're asking for immediate access and accept this. Your other legal rights are unaffected.

When we'll refund you

  • You were charged by mistake, twice, or after a cancellation that was made in time.
  • Content isn't as described, can't be accessed, or the creator removed what you paid to unlock.
  • Your account was used without your permission.
  • Where the law says you're entitled to one.

Tips and pay-per-view unlocks are otherwise final once the content has been accessed.

How to ask

Email hello@fansee-app.com or use the contact form within 30 days of the charge, with the date and amount. We'll reply within two working days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and usually take 5–10 working days to appear.

Creators

If a payment is refunded or charged back, the creator's share of that payment is deducted from their balance. See the Creator Terms.
